Tenor Ukulele 5 string
2020. SOLD
This ukulele was inspired by Su’s painting and her interior design. She has created a beautiful world of color for us to live in.
I had some new ideas I wanted to try. As always. :) this was not a commission, but ended up in Monsky Creations Gallery in Merrikville
I wanted to create a boho surfy look. Using spalted maple bits along with some color really captured the look I was after.
The five string ukulele I think works really well, as you get the best of both worlds. A high and a low G.
The instrument has long sold and was a big success in their gallery. I have now sold a couple through them and am working on there next one. If your in the Ottawa Ontario area it’s worth the drive to see Monika work and the little town of Merrikville as it is full of artisan’s.
